Ductless solutions — unmatched efficiency, ultimate comfort
Heat pumps are among the most energy-efficient and cost-effective ways to heat and cool a home. Mitsubishi Electric ductless systems deliver room-by-room comfort with no new ductwork, and keep heating in cold-climate conditions down to roughly −37°C.
ZUBA — a cold-climate family built for Canada
ZUBA was developed as a heating and cooling system specifically for the Canadian climate. Hyper-Heating INVERTER (H2i) technology holds rated heating capacity in deep cold, and hot-start technology means the air coming out of the indoor unit is warm from the moment it starts.
The line covers single-room, multi-room and whole-home configurations, so one refrigerant platform can grow with the house.

Single-zone comfort
A single-zone system pairs one outdoor unit with one indoor unit to condition a single room or open area — an addition, a finished basement, a primary bedroom, or a space the existing furnace and AC never quite reach.
Multi-zone comfort
A multi-zone system connects several indoor units to one outdoor unit, each zone with its own set point and schedule. Rooms that are empty don't get conditioned, and everyone gets to pick their own temperature.
Ductless indoor solutions
Ductless indoor units come in several shapes so there's a good fit for almost any room and ceiling type — wall, floor and ceiling-cassette, all on the same efficient platform and controls.
- 1-Way Ceiling-Cassette (MLZ)
Bring comfort and sophistication into your home like never before with Mitsubishi Electric's MLZ-Series 1-Way Ceiling-Cassette. Its low profile allows it to fit seamlessly into any room, enhancing its environment while providing comfort.
- 4-Way Ceiling-Cassette (SLZ)
A discreet design with four air outlets and multiple airflow patterns, the SLZ offers greater air coverage and distribution while mounting flush to the ceiling. The SLZ comes standard with 3D i-see Sensor technology to distribute hot or cold air as required for optimal room comfort.
Wall-Mounted (MSZ)The MSZ wall-mounted units feature compact dimensions that make them the ideal choice for offices, stores and residential use. Use multiple units in your space to combat those pesky hot or cold spots. They're also among the quietest wall units in the industry, silently delivering a high level of comfort and energy efficiency all year round.
Floor-Mounted (MFZ)The MFZ floor-standing units deliver stylish yet efficient heating and cooling. The sophisticated design features clean, sharp lines. It can be installed with a base or recessed into a wall for dramatically reduced depth (8–15 mm). Compact and unobtrusive, it's the perfect heating and cooling solution for new and renovated spaces.
