H2 ZERO Carbon Only
The H2 ZERO Carbon Only is the filtration half of the H2 ZERO line on its own: one tank of High Activity Carbon that reduces free chlorine and cleans up taste and odour, with none of the electricity, backwashing or wastewater of a conventional filter.
One job, done passively
The HAC media is described by HALO as an outstanding material for reducing free chlorine, and it works across a range of pH values to leave clean, fresh-tasting water at every tap. The carbon meets NSF/ANSI Standard 61 and food chemical codex standards.
There is no backwash cycle, so the system uses no power and sends nothing down the drain.
When it is the right choice
If your water is not hard enough to need scale control — or you are pairing it with a separate softener or conditioner — the Carbon Only unit covers chlorine and taste for the whole house at a lower cost than the combined systems.
