SENSEI RX Series
The SENSEI RX is Rinnai's top condensing tankless water heater. It heats water only as it is drawn, so hot water is effectively unlimited, and its condensing heat exchanger recovers heat from the exhaust that a non-condensing unit sends outside — which is how it reaches up to 0.98 UEF. Four sizes (RX130 through RX199, roughly 130,000 to 199,000 BTU/h) cover everything from a small home to a large one with several bathrooms running at once.
Condensing efficiency, endless hot water
A tankless heater has no standby tank to keep hot, so it wastes little energy between draws and takes up about the space of a carry-on suitcase on the wall. The RX's secondary condensing heat exchanger pulls extra heat out of the flue gases, cutting fuel use and letting it vent in inexpensive PVC or CPVC rather than stainless.
Because output modulates, the burner throttles down for a single hand-wash and up for a shower plus a dishwasher, holding the set temperature steady the whole time.
One model, gas or propane, indoors or out
Rinnai's Smart Sense adaptive gas valve lets a single RX model run on natural gas or liquid propane with no conversion kit — useful if the fuel might change, or on a propane property. The same model installs indoors with concentric or twin-pipe venting, or outdoors on an exterior wall with the Versa Vent cap, which suits a lot of Lower Mainland and Alberta homes with no mechanical-room space to spare.

Faster hot water with the RXP
The RXP version of the SENSEI RX has a recirculation pump built into the cabinet, running Rinnai's Smart-Circ Intelligent Recirculation — it learns your household's hot-water pattern over about a week and pre-warms the line so hot water reaches distant fixtures quickly, without a separate external pump or a dedicated return line in many retrofits. Milani will tell you whether your plumbing suits an RXP or a standard RX with an under-sink loop.

Warranty
Rinnai gives its residential condensing tankless water heaters a limited warranty of up to 15 years on the heat exchanger, with shorter terms on other parts and on labour; the exact terms depend on the application and on the unit being registered.
